Classes — the conditions
- Hands-on, in English, groups of 2 to 9 students
- Classes start 10:30 am, 2–3 hours depending on skills and menu
- Designed for adults over 18 · ages 12–18 only accompanied by their parents
- Saturdays: large groups only (6–9 participants)
- Closed December 25th, January 1st and all Sundays
- Prices and booking conditions are sent by email
Classes focus on teaching the fundamental techniques and the history of traditional Mexican cuisine — for children under 12, they could feel long and demanding.
