The student will learn the techniques and basic ingredients of Mexican cuisine. We will cover traditional and “home-maid” recipes. In this way, participants get the knowledge of the authentic Mexican cuisine techniques.

This way, the foundation of our gastronomic culture program is:

  • Through the 4 first days students learn the traditional recipes.
  • During day 5 students learn “family recipes”

Objetives

The student will master the techniques and basic ingredients of Mexican Cuisine. We will cover recipes that have international recognition, as well as traditional and “home-made” recipes, that constitute the foundation of our gastronomic culture. In this way participants get an integral knowledge of the techniques of the authentic Mexican cuisine that gives them the versatility and ability to prepare many other recipes not included in the program.

Through the 5 first days students learn the traditional recipes. Through the following 5 days students learn “family recipes”. A wider range of techniques and use of native ingredients are incorporated in this course.
